Today we looked at concept drawing using two points perspectives. We were given a print out of an image which was a small residential house and were asked to reproduce it.
In Architecture concept sketches are used to effectively communicate with clients, offering a visual representation of design ideas to help clients understand and envision proposed structures. As an architecture student, learning two-point perspective drawings will allow me to explore and experiment with design concepts in the early stages of my project, helping me to refine and repeat ideas before committing to detailed plans. Drawing in two-point perspective will as well help me develop ability to convey spatial relationships within the design, understanding how different elements of the building relate in terms of depth and scale. Presenting a concept sketch make it easier to understand and give feedback based on visual design process. This skill will be helpful during my project as I have to produce six 2D outcomes and two of them will be hand drawings
Here are examples of more concept drawings by other architects and architecture students

What value does this have to your project this term and to your practise as an Architecture student. Creating a concept sketch is essential to give your client a visual reference for the design. Expand on this (you could show examples of other concept sketches, both hand drawn and digital, for example: https://tapestrynj.com/landscape-design-process/landscape-design-plans-and-sketches/)
