To understand more about tourist centre I did some research on different tourist information centres. The tourist information centre of Postojna captured my attention because of its design which has similarities with what I intend to do. The design is composed of a geometrical and simple rooftop supported by a see through main building.

TCI Postojna

TCI Postojna
The tourist information centre also known as TCI Postojna, is located in the south of Postojna in Solvenia. The centre is located near the main road, which leads to the main attractions of the city which are the Postojna Cave and the Predjama Castle (studiostratum, 2015). The design idea shows how the space and movement in what was an old gas station can be used. It includes a park near the entrance where people can sit and relax, leading to a rest area with parking for 10 cars. The building is made of cross laminated timber and steel, with wooden details inside and out (Architectuul, 2023).

The TIC building has two different parts. The first part is the see-through commercial gallery area where tourists can get information and see exhibits from both inside and outside. The second part is the visitor services area which includes restrooms and diaper-changing facilities and is separate from the gallery.
The central space that goes from the front of the building to the roof, and sign is a focal attractor, using its design to efficiently combine different purposes into a distinctive architectural form. The building is constructed using sustainable materials, form, and orientation in accordance with sustainable construction principles (Architizer, 2015).

This is good up to a point and that point is where you find links to what you are doing here - I think this is a good example to use, but the point of research is considering how this inspires/changes/develops or reaffirms your design idea.
